Nightly and after-hours cleaning can keep routine service outside the occupied workday. We connect Westchester businesses and property managers with independent providers who can discuss closing times, entry procedures, frequency, and the work that must be completed before the building reopens.

An after-hours schedule may suit offices with frequent visitors, limited daytime access, shared work areas, or tasks that would interrupt employees. “Nightly” does not always mean seven nights per week. The agreement may call for service every business night, selected evenings, or another recurring schedule.
State the days and usable time window clearly. A building that closes at 6 p.m. but locks elevators at 7 p.m. presents a different job from one available through the night.
Entry arrangements are part of the service scope, not an afterthought. Before a provider starts, document:
A provider may have its own key-control and access policies. Ask how credentials are assigned, stored, returned, and handled when staffing changes.
Separate tasks needed every visit from those needed weekly or periodically. Waste, restrooms, break rooms, high-traffic floors, and shared surfaces may require frequent attention. Lower-use offices, detailed dusting, interior glass, or periodic floor work may follow a different interval.
Also identify the final employees' usual departure time and any recurring late meetings. If the cleaner must work around occupied rooms, the proposed schedule should say how missed areas are handled.
Share your building location, approximate size, desired nights, closing time, access procedures, and routine checklist. An independent provider may contact you to ask questions or arrange a walkthrough.

We do not directly perform cleaning services. We connect businesses with independent providers, who determine availability, scope, scheduling, and pricing.
